Gen. Synageles Simon, 1876 (22 species)

Type species Synageles venator
REMARK. Genus Synageles stands apart from other groups of genera, differing from EUOPHRYINES: in males by lack of meandering spermophor, relation of embolus to inflatable haematodocha is unknown (temporarily?). In females epigyne and its internal structures do not resemble EUOPHRYINES. In these circumstances proposal of Maddison (2015) to consider Synageles a separate group Synagelina seems to be good solution, at least pending further data. However, I do not see morphological premises to join it with genera Admestina, Attidops, Cheliferoides, Descanso and Peckhamia .
