DIAGNOSIS. MENEMERINES are recognizable by broad and fleshy basis of embolus, sitting laterally to bulbus, with tip either
double or, if single, sometimes followed dorsally by white, unsclerotized structure,
usually little visible and known. Ducts in epigyne usually heavily sclerotized.

Gen. Kima Peckham & Peckham, 1902 (5 species) ,
Type species Kima africana.
DIAGNOSIS. MENEMERINES are recognizable by broad and fleshy basis of embolus, sitting laterally to bulbus, with tip either double or single. Ducts in epigyne usually heavily sclerotized. With long pedicel and long, thin legs, Kima has ant-like appearance. Its palp resembles Menemerus by location along bulbus and fleshy basis, but there is no such similarity in structures of epigyne, with thin copulatory ducts making a loop and branching off long scent exuding duct, also spermathecae look different. However male and female are correctly matched (information from W. Wesolowska).
There are no stridulatory subocular row of

Type species Leptorchestes berolinensis.
DIAGNOSIS. MENEMERINES are recognizable by broad and fleshy basis of embolus, sitting laterally to bulbus, with tip either double or single. Ducts in epigyne usually heavily sclerotized. Body ant-like, an impression enhanced by color pattern. Palp resembles Menemerus by location of fleshy basis of embolus along bulbus. Internal structures have special appearance, with heavily sclerotized, almost straight copulatory ducts, running from anterior openings to compact spermathecae with internal convoluted chambers. Type species Menemerus semilimbatus.
DIAGNOSIS. MENEMERINES are recognizable by broad and fleshy basis of embolus, sitting laterally to bulbus. Ducts in epigyne usually heavily sclerotized. Palps comparable in all species, with fleshy basis of embolus sitting on lateral part of bulbus and running laterally to it, gradually tapering to sclerotized tip of embolus. Tip in some species is forked, in other followed by similar branch, which in some species is white (for instance in M. brevibulbis) and has fleshy appearance. Tibia short, expanded transversally, with complicated apophyses. Internal structures of epigyne present common pattern: heavily sclerotized short ducts and simple spermathecae, of the other hand external appearance of epigyne can be rather different. Body appears robust, broad and flattened. Very speciose, Afro-Asiatic genus, with a few species cosmopolite in warm areas. Drawings below are integral part of the definition.
